Personal data contained in electronic correspondence, including e-mail addresses, is processed for the purposes of contacting recipients by e-mail, documenting arrangements made with customers and business partners, performing a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract, receiving letters, notifications and applications in electronic form, defending against claims, and pursuing potential claims;

4. We will process the data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified above;

5. The data may be disclosed to an external e-mail server provider with whom the Controller has concluded an appropriate data processing agreement;

6. The recipient of e-mail correspondence has the right to access their personal data, rectify or update it, request restriction of processing, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if the processing of their personal data does not comply with personal data protection regulations.
